DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
CamGirlsClub respects the intellectual property rights of others. As an affiliate website, we do not host the media content displayed through our partner platforms. However, if you believe that material accessible on or through this site infringes your copyright, you may request its removal by sending a written notice.
Filing a DMCA notice
Your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing material;
- Your contact information (name, address, email);
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Submit your notice through our Contact page. Where the content is hosted on a partner platform, we will also forward your request to that platform’s designated DMCA agent.
Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notification containing the same categories of information listed above.
