Taking a model private is the moment a cam show becomes yours. On LiveJasmin, the platform behind every live grid on Cam Girls Club, there is one more choice at that moment: a standard private or an exclusive private. Most viewers assume “exclusive” is a premium upgrade with a premium price. It isn’t. What changes is who else can get into the room, and that is worth understanding before you spend a single credit.
Everything below comes from two sources we can check: LiveJasmin’s official knowledge base for models, and the live model feed that powers our grids.
What a standard private show is
When you take a model private, she leaves her free chat and performs for the paying member, billed by the minute from your credit balance at a rate each model sets for herself. While the private runs, she is not visible on the site to anyone except the member or members taking part in the show.
That last detail matters: a standard private is not sealed. Unless the show is set to exclusive, other members can join a private that is already running, and other members can use the 25-second Sneak Peek to look into the stream, privates included. For many viewers that changes nothing. For others, it is the whole reason to look at the exclusive option. Our guide to private show pricing covers how per-minute rates and credits work in general.
What an exclusive private changes
Exclusive mode closes both doors. According to LiveJasmin’s knowledge base, once a private is set to exclusive:
- Nobody else can join the session that is already in progress.
- Sneak Peek is switched off, so no one can look in, even for a few seconds.
- The price per minute stays the same as a regular private show.
Who can switch it on is the part most guides get wrong. LiveJasmin’s knowledge base says the member or the model can set a show to exclusive when it starts, but on the member side it is a perk of the two highest ranks of Club Elite, the platform’s loyalty program: Casanova and Eros, earned through monthly spending. For everyone else, the model makes the call. If you want the session to stay one-on-one, ask her before the private begins.
Exclusive private vs standard private at a glance
- Who watches: standard, you plus any member who joins; exclusive, only you.
- Sneak Peek: standard, open to other members for 25 seconds; exclusive, disabled.
- Price per minute: identical, the model’s own private rate.
- Who decides: the model, or a member with a top Club Elite rank, when the show starts.
- Best for: standard, short and casual shows; exclusive, personal conversations, Cam2Cam and anything you want kept one-on-one.
How common are exclusive privates?
We counted. On the morning of October 14, 2026 (European time), the feed behind our grids listed 435 female models online. Forty-nine of them were in a private show, and 24 of those 49 privates were set to exclusive: roughly half.
That is a single snapshot, and the numbers move all day. But it is enough to say that exclusive is not an obscure setting used by a handful of people. It is how about half of the private shows we saw were running at that moment.
Which one should you pick?
Because the rate is the same, this is not a money decision. It comes down to what you want from the session.
Ask for exclusive when the show is personal: a longer conversation, a specific request, or a session where you switch on your own camera or microphone. If you plan to use Cam2Cam or two-way audio, exclusive is the simplest way to make sure the session stays one-on-one.
A standard private is fine when the show is short and casual and you genuinely don’t mind company. Some viewers never think about who else might be watching, and a standard private costs them nothing more.
Keep in mind what exclusive does not do. It controls who shares the session, not what anyone knows about you. The defaults already cover that: models see your nickname (and your Club Elite rank, if you display it), your camera and microphone stay off unless you turn them on, and you never need to share personal details. Our anonymous cam chat guide covers the rest, from nicknames to discreet billing.
And if you are still deciding whether to go private at all, free chat vs private shows walks through that bigger choice.
What actually changes the cost of a private
Exclusive does not move the bill. These things do:
- The model’s rate. Each model sets her own per-minute price for private shows.
- Add-ons. Cam2Cam and two-way audio are priced separately, again by each model.
- Length. With per-minute billing, the clock is your budget, and your credit balance is a built-in cap.
- Discounts. Models can offer up to 90% off their per-minute rate. A Hot Deal lasts five minutes, and if you go private during one, the discount covers only the first five minutes of the show. In our snapshot, 27 models had a Hot Deal running.
If you would rather share a show than have one to yourself, that is what VIP shows are for: a group format that several members join together. One practical consequence: a model in a VIP show can’t be taken private until it ends. In the same snapshot, 8 VIP shows were live and 55 more were scheduled. Our group cam shows guide explains how they work.
FAQ
Does an exclusive private cost more than a regular private?
No. LiveJasmin’s knowledge base states that an exclusive private has the same price per minute as a regular private show. Add-ons such as Cam2Cam are priced separately by each model.
Can other members watch an exclusive show?
No. Nobody can join a session set to exclusive, and the 25-second Sneak Peek is disabled for it.
Can I switch a private to exclusive myself?
Only with one of the two top Club Elite ranks, Casanova or Eros. Otherwise the model sets it when the show starts, so ask her before you begin.
Is an exclusive private worth it?
If privacy inside the session matters to you, yes, since it costs nothing extra. If it doesn’t, a standard private works just as well at the same rate.
The models in the grid below are live right now. Whichever kind of private you choose, you now know exactly what you are paying for.
